Who We Are
Paloma Montessori School was founded with the belief that every child deserves a peaceful, nurturing environment where they can thrive as their most authentic self. We are a close-knit, inclusive community of educators and families who share a deep respect for the Montessori philosophy and the natural development of the child.

Paloma Montessori opened in 2020 in beautiful San Marcos, Texas. We serve children from our local community and surrounding areas, offering a space where families feel supported and children grow with purpose and joy.

Our classrooms are carefully prepared to foster independence, creativity, and critical thinking. From toddlers to elementary-aged children, we honor each child’s unique pace and interests, supporting their growth in a way that cultivates confidence, compassion, and a lifelong love of learning.

At Paloma, we believe in the power of connection with ourselves, each other, and the world around us. We partner closely with families and guide with intention, love, and deep respect.

This caring team supports the rhythm of our classrooms with consistency, warmth, and joy. With help from our wonderful Texas State students, they bring fresh energy and a love of learning to Paloma each day. ​
Sprinkles!
Sprinkles is our in-house axolotl and is a fantastic support for the children! Her species is native to Mexico, and she was rescued and rehomed here at Paloma, where she is thriving. She is very social and loves to have visitors. Her favorite meal is worms, and she enjoys swimming in her free time.
