Hello and welcome. My name is Magaly Rodriguez, and I am the founder and director of Paloma Montessori School, proudly serving families since September 2020 in beautiful San Marcos, Texas.

As both a parent and an educator, I created Paloma from a heartfelt vision of a school that truly honors the spirit of each child. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and leadership, along with certification from the American Montessori Society, I am deeply committed to Montessori principles and to creating nurturing environments that feel like an extension of home, grounded in peace, community, and respect.

Every child who walks through our doors is seen, heard, and supported as they grow into the truest version of themselves. Paloma is more than a school; it is a loving community of guides, children, and families working together to build a better world one child at a time.

As a devoted mother of two and spouse, my passion for education extends beyond the classroom. When I am not at Paloma, I enjoy learning new things, exploring the world through travel, and cherishing special moments with my family. Being a first-generation American and of proud Salvadoran parents, I draw on the richness of my culture and values to help foster a warm and supportive community for our staff, the very heart and foundation of Paloma Montessori School.
