
Paloma P.A.L.S.
P.A.L.S. (Parents Advocating for Learners and Stewardship) is our dedicated parent volunteer group, similar to a PTA, focused on building community, supporting Paloma staff, and enriching the school experience for both students and families.

P.A.L.S. organizes a variety of initiatives, including fundraisers, staff appreciation efforts, and community events, all to foster a warm, connected, and thriving school environment.
Ongoing PALS initiatives include:
Birthday gifts for Teachers and Support Staff:
A small but meaningful way to celebrate each staff member on their special day and let them know they are valued and remembered.
Holiday Meals and Gifts for Staff:
Brings joy and comfort during the holiday season while showing gratitude for all their hard work and dedication.
Teacher Appreciation Week:
A full week dedicated to celebrating our staff with thoughtful gifts and delicious meals to express our heartfelt thanks.​
Snacks for the Staff Breakroom:
Keeps the break room stocked with treats and quick pick-me-ups to help staff recharge during their busy days.
Coffee and Surprise Treat Deliveries:
A fun and energizing way to brighten a regular workday and boost morale throughout the year.
Volunteering Opportunities:
Fall Festival, Winter Sugar Plum Fairy Parade and Brunch, End-of-School-Year Lunch Celebration, Sharing musical talents, crafts, or other arts with the children
